Here's the Washington Post story about it. Apparently, an English-language tape, obtained in Pakistan by ABC news, shows a hooded man threatening America.
On the one hand, <yawn>, what, again? On the other, it is a little out of pattern; usually it's grand claims of massive armies sweeping through our cities, and then the FBI arrests a cab driver. Then again, maybe we've discovered what Rove's dressing as for Halloween. Discuss.
